2006 Summer Refit

We bought the boat in mid-May 2006, and we left San Franciso in early October. In those five months we worked our asses off getting everything ship-shape; we spent every single weekend (and a whole buttload of school nights) working on the stupid god damn boat.

We were not stressed, we were the living definition of stress incarnate.

The only people who kept us grounded were our amazing friends. Mike, Sam, Briana, Ed, Beth, and Kara are just a few who love us enough to have helped. Sean jumped in headfirst when he arrived in late September. Our parents rule too: Will's folks who scraped varnish for a week, Sara's parents who made us cushions - it wouldn't have been possible without them.

You can read all about our refit efforts by the links on the left, or by following the 'previous' and 'next' links at the top of each page.
